About Paraline
AI should help run the business, not become another disconnected tool.
Paraline is building the framework where people, software, and AI agents can work through the same business records, permissions, workflows, and operational history.
Why Paraline exists
Language models can reason, write, interpret documents, and use tools. But a business operation needs more than intelligence. It needs durable state, clear ownership, controlled actions, human judgment, and evidence of what happened.
Today, those responsibilities are fragmented across databases, SaaS products, automation tools, internal software, and chat interfaces. Paraline brings them into one operating framework so an AI agent can participate in real work without becoming the system of record or bypassing the rules of the business.
The result is not automation for its own sake. It is an operation that becomes easier to understand, improve, and responsibly hand over to software where the evidence supports it.
Intelligence should be replaceable
Models will continue to change. The records, permissions, workflows, and operational history of a business should not have to change with them.
Operations should remain durable
Business work must survive a model session, a failed tool call, a delayed approval, and the transition from one interface to another.
Autonomy should be earned
Agents should gain responsibility where evaluation demonstrates reliability, with people retaining control over consequential decisions.

Founder
Leonardo Ortegon
Leonardo is an engineer, entrepreneur, and AI builder. After studying Audio Engineering at Full Sail University, he entered the jewelry business, where he experienced firsthand the challenges of building and operating a modern company in an industry rooted in tradition.
That experience inspired Paraline and began a larger personal transformation. What started as a mission to solve practical problems for jewelers led Leonardo to recognize artificial intelligence as a fundamental shift in how companies will be built, operated, and scaled. He ultimately devoted himself fully to AI and to turning its emerging capabilities into reliable, real-world systems.
Leonardo founded Paraline around a simple conviction: AI will become most valuable when it can participate in the actual operating structure of a company, not merely answer questions at its edges.
His focus is building a practical bridge between the speed of modern AI and the reliability businesses require: persistent data, explicit permissions, measurable workflows, and meaningful human control. Through Paraline, Leonardo is working toward a future in which AI functions not as a detached tool, but as a trusted and accountable part of how a company operates.
